Mikehobbyst
I am stunned by the wind potential for Long Island area for the timing between 7 PM and 6 AM times. Looks like potential for High Wind Warning event with sustained to 35 knots and gusts to 50 knots. The 60-70 knot winds at 925 millibar height is flag for memorable wind event on the coast. The wind potential should not be ignored, as the snow gets the most attention. Concerned about isolated wind damage and scattered power outages for the island. What do the experts see with wind threat potential?
