A-L-E-X
Does Block Island report precip. in their obs. because I never see them reporting any precip.? They had like 21 inches of snow in Jan 78.

RU848789
Snow started a little before 11 am here in the Edison/Metuchen area. Got a nice coating on the ground now. In case you didn't see my driving home from Charlotte thread on the main board, just got home around 6 am and snoozed until about 10:30 am. Anyone know if there's any validity to the comments about less precip and a sharp cutoff to the NW of I-95? Radar certainly looks like a sharp cutoff, but haven't had time to wade through all the posts/obs/models.
