Looks like most of us are getting a good early start to this storm; I've already got a nice white coating everywhere here on north shore of Long Island. I just mentioned in LI subforum how last Dec 19 blizzard took so long due to low dew points to get any snow started until after dark, and in December this is critical bc we are at lowest sun angle period. Let's get some good pics/videos before sunset hopefully.

Visibility has come down a lot in a hurry here. Its still light snow but at a much more significant rate. The trees are swaying in the wind and there's already lots of snow blowing off of the roofs. This is gonna get good by early afternoon.
