Clinch Leatherwood
Euro is a little east by about 20 miles or so perhaps. Looks like low may go just east of Chatham. It still has that qpf max over srn Maine. The great thing about all of this is in reality it can shift another 20 and not really hurt anyone. Everyone still gets nailed. Vis between 1/4 and 1/3 here, warm surface though preventing accums on roads but accumulating everywhere else

Chrisrotary12
Channel 7 has Brockton, Foxboro wrentham getting up to 2 feet. While other stations have me getting about a foot. Amazing how much that r/s line matters. Starting to lean towards not seeing a switch over imo. But looking at satelite this storm already has an impressive dry slot. something to worry about? Kevin W
Does it get any better than this? Nice fire going in the fireplace, a cold beer, the Patriots, the smell of Corned Beef & Cabbage throughout the place, likely another day off tomorrow and a blizzard on our doorstep. Ah yes! The temperature has dropped a couple of degrees to 28 in the last 2 hours. This very well could be the second best blizzard of my life.
neweathereye
I am highly concerned that she's gonna close off as she becomes vertically stacked..no pun intended, and stalls out for a few days creating a massive long duration blizzard for all of SNE....there are weak steering currents and no way to move her out anytime soon...look at the Euro and see where she is by tomorow morning...man this is gonna get downright bad...almost a redux of the bliz of 78 elements...not to mention the colder air is winning out and any mix or change to rain along the coastal plain will be short lived..just my thoughts

It's not going to change in those areas. If it mixed for a few hours big deal, but it's highly unlikely. Models have been shuffling east a few miles at a whack, realistically anyone NW of Otis is in the game, but the danger zone is otis to maybe NW plymouth county. No model has nailed it, they keep shifting.
