I sill remember Jan 96 and this seems to be starting about the same time frame on a Sunday. Yeah, thats what I remember about Jan 96 too. Both of these started around 9-10 am and started sticking immediately. Of course, it started out much colder in Jan 96. I believe that one ended somewhere around 5 PM the next day.
