The debris ball that just went through Selmer TN on one of the PDS warnings was apocalyptic. Multiple PDS warnings right now in Tennessee and northern MS

A RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 87 DEGREES WAS SET AT ATLANTA TODAY.
THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 85 DEGREES SET IN 1969.

Tornado Warning for west central Georgia:

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Muscogee County in west central Georgia...
  Southwestern Talbot County in west central Georgia...
  Southeastern Harris County in west central Georgia...

* Until 445 PM EDT.

* At 357 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Midland, or 10 miles northeast of Columbus, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ellerslie, Flat Rock, Junction City, Midland, Baldwinville,
  Baughville, Upatoi, Olive Branch, Talbotton, Po Biddy Crossroads,
  Geneva, and Waverly Hall.

Just another day here in Tornado alley. Tornado touched down a few miles from me again. This is getting old. We are up to 4.23" inch of rain so far.

There is an extremely heavy band of rain over the Upstate of S.C. that is not moving. We have gotten almost 1.5" in just the last hour. I am shocked there are not flood warnings issued for central Greenville County.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the following county, Greenville.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1009 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training heavy showers across the city of Greenville.  New rainfall amounts could top out near 2.5 inches, resulting in urban type flooding and developing flooding of low-lying areas along the Reedy River and select tributaries. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greenville Downtown, Greenville Eastside, West Greenville, Mauldin, Taylors, Berea, Five Forks, Welcome, Donaldson Center, Cherrydale Point and Paris Mountain State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Seeing major wind damage reports showing up around Greenville (NC) and points west with that line of storms that just went through. NWS text called it an extremely dangerous situation with tornado like wind speeds too.
