MountainMarvel
Let's say 6.5 inches. There's a quarter inch blank at the bottom of the ruler. Some places showed 7 inches, but this seemed to be the average.

VeronicaCorningstone
Had no luck attaching pictures for some reason, but here's an album on Facebook with several pictures. Most were taken about 2-3 hours ago. Will be taking more as the day goes on. Still snowing quite heavy; I think we have close to a foot now! http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2109822&id=1222853776&l=daaf03b4dd

Moose4
Took a couple on my Droid while walking down the street to grab some breakfast this morning. This is in the Tuscaloosa-Lakewood section of Durham. Most of the snow on the street in the first picture is already melted off from underneath. superjames1992
Very nice photos! I ended up with about 7" of snow, but the snow fell for 20+ hours and I rarely had heavy snow rates like you all had out east. Most of our snow was light with some moderate/heavy bursts here and there Christmas evening. Great video, Jeremy, as well!

Phelps
In Rocky Mount (right where 64 intersects I95) we probably got about a foot. I live in Charlotte (visiting the inlaws) and this is the storm I've been waiting for. What an awesome day yesterday was. This was taken probably around 10AM.
