Can’t wait for Elias to blow smoke up my ass about how getting Grayson and Tyler wells back in summer are like big trade deadline acquisitions

Fans about to run him outta town, lol I mean obviously he's not going anywhere (nor should he--at least not yet) but if he had an approval rating...

He is trending on the X. It isnt good lol

He knows how to draft and scout like no other. Remains to be seen wether he can put together a championship caliber squad.

He definitely prospect hugs.

Watching the Os down the stretch last year they didn't look like the other teams that were chasing a WS.

Eventually it may take a managerial change to get it done.

My guess is managerial change comes first. And it oughta be all but certain if we either miss the playoffs or fail to win a playoff game.

For O’s fans, highly recommend this new book about Earl Weaver, “The Last Manager.”  Here’s a passage about Jim Palmer’s early experience with Earl:

In June 1967, the Orioles sent Palmer to Rochester to rehab.  During his first game Weaver walked to the mound and told him to challenge Johnny Bench with the bases loaded.  “Throw the ball over the middle of the plate.  This guy’s nothing,” Weaver said.  Bench blasted a grand slam.  “I learned a lot from Earl Weaver,” Palmer said.  “The first thing I learned was that he didn’t know a thing about pitching.”
