Those backdoors that ruin nice days for you guys during spring many times stop just east of me as well.

I think Toms River (KMJX) would be too, great radiational cooling because it's in the Pine Barrens and heats up very quickly on a SW or W wind. Everything was shifted to the south.... and the same thing happened this winter.

Even here, near the ocean we started at 36 this morning and now up to 60 already. You also get these large swings in early November. I remember being in the 30s in the morning and in the 70s in the afternoon several times!

winterwx21
It's 71 degrees here. Spectacular weather today! Wish we could keep this, but of course we'll be going back to cooler highs in the 50s with the east winds the next few days.

TJW014
Made it to 66 before the sea breeze brought it back to the 50s. That's how it goes this time of year. Tomorrow will be a great day to do a paint correction on the truck after taking down a trail a little too narrow. Hoping the clouds can clear on Thursday night for the lunar eclipse but we might be looking through soup if the marine layer persists.

Is that the highest you have ever been after being below freezing for the low? I've seen this happen a few times in November, but not in March. The dryness must be why.
