Is this right, the temperature got to 67 at JFK at 2:09 ?

Was this an early season  heat burst?

There's a scientific reason for this, positive nao is more likely in winter and negative nao is more likely in spring.  There's a particularly strong connection to it in May.

It doesn't mean that it'll snow or even that it will be really cold. Just not extremely warm.
