CT Valley Snowman Posted yesterday at 02:50 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:50 AM Nice little storm here. Nothing crazy, but consistent thunder and lightning, mainly flashes with some ctg mixed in, and heavy rain.
rimetree Posted yesterday at 03:19 AM Share Posted yesterday at 03:19 AM Stuck in the dank weather most of the day. High was just shy of 53. Looks like March ends at +4.5 here. While we had snow this weekend it wasn't really measurable and basically had 0.0 for the entire month. Out with a whimper.

My wife was at the AUG Civic Center with an elderly woman suffering Parkinson's, and our drive home at 10 PM was one of the most eerie trips in memory. Zero lights, super dense fog, and all kinds of stuff littering the roads. Couldn't see the trees/branches/wires until almost on top of them. I recall NWS PWM continued the winter storm warning well after the event was done and when there full sun b/c the melting was causing a huge hazard due to ice falling off everything.

vortex95 Posted yesterday at 04:11 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:11 AM The title of this thread is "Please end it." Well, CoastalWx will still have to wait b/c no sign winter wants to end anything time. If the ECMWF a week from now is any sign, well perhaps a "late season surprise" may still happen! 2 3

I'm sure it will consist of more pictures from up and in, with perhaps some slop for @ineedsnowand @HoarfrostHubb...nothing I'll give a salty scrotum about. weathafella
I was in the 60s yesterday but more importantly muggy after dark. Today is cooler but in full sun it feels nice. Warmth is over performing and cold under at least here in SNE. April however can be a cruel month so I typically have low expectations but high hopes until June. I had normal to plus 2, so I was def. a little too cold....the WPO flip is what did that. Hopefully it helps offset my DJF warm bias
