Today does actually look on track to be okay here. Far from good but much better than yesterday.

Nothing that has fallen overnight has accreted; stuck at 33/31 since about 8 p.m. last night. Doesn’t cut it for ice.

Precip will shut off here in a few hours and winds out of the SE should bring up the dews and temps above 40 by this afternoon.

I’m at peace with no snow. Stress free.

Ya, I get that…but we knew this is what was next.

And give yourself another 10-12 years, and missing snow won’t bother you near as much as it does now.  I have found that to be the case…and it’s liberating.  Do I still get disappointed if we miss a siggy event..sure, but it’s no where near as important anymore, and the feeling fades fast now.  So you have that to look forward to. And you appreciate the nice/siggy events even more.  It’s a good place to be.

True Morch here no snow other than a sleet grauple squall this week.

16/31 days with a high over 55

10 days high over 60.

Only 5 with a high 45 or under 0 days below freezing for a high.

10 days with lows below freezing mostly in the first week of the month.

Only 2 days with teens for lows.

Looks like we will pay for it though as the first half of April looks cold.

It’s not necessarily about missing events, I find winter to be a grind now when there’s nothing going on. It’s a long, dark, and depressing season when it sucks. I totally understand why people leave for warmer weather.

This March was a total bust for a certain meteorologist from PA who hyped for weeks on end that it was going to be very cold and very snowy in the northeast. Even went so far as to say 1888, 1958, 1993, 2014, 2015 and 2018 were analogs. Couldn’t have possibly been more wrong….

I do understand CW. When on a morning such as this I walk around my postage stamp with my head bowed, my mood always seems to be saved by something I see. Please stay well, as always …..

I'm sure it had nothing to do with trying to increase subscriptions and page hits...
