I vividly remember suffering from snow/winter withdrawrals when I was younger, always so sad to see snow go and Spring arriving.  Now it's the total opposite, nothing is better than those first sun soaked glorious Spring beauts like today and have no use for the past 3 months of wx.

I’m not sad to see the snow go as much as I am sad to see the mud arrive.

I was in Chatanooga late last June and it was 9:30 and still 100% light outside. First time I had ever experienced that . Was very surreal . I mean headlights were not needed yet in the cars

I was in Marquette, MI last June and the sun set at something like 9:45. I’m a night guy, I would love that.

I did Norway in early June like a decade ago.  It was like 1am and people were BBQing in parks in ambient glow light.

Its a mind f*ck for it to never get fully dark.

We were in northern England in late June/early July 6 or 7 years ago and it was light until almost 11:00. It would take a bit to get used to but playing golf that late would be great.

GFS has some rogue robust shortwave energy. Euro has it to some degree, though not as intense. I do think we could see some rain/higher elevation snow showers develop late afternoon/evening.
