Funny saying that while you're cooked Thursday morning at 47/45. Warmest temps of the period right now.

Thursday isn't over guy.

If you want I can draw a line for you, if it isn't clear enough for just north of PWM, DAW, MHT.

On track unless you're staring at the piles.

I was actually fairly impressed by the snow pack up by Woodstock. It wasn’t like 3 feet deep, but there’s definitely some areas that may have been over 18 inches for sure. It had that look of really covering a lot of stuff, but kind of like where you can tell it hasn’t melted out much yet because  there hasn’t been a lot of cutters. Legit deep pack there.

I was up there last year and the year before, even though they were snow ratters they had a decent pack both years.

It's been a decent gradient type season.  Once north of the gradient, it's been a respectable season for wintry vibe.  The lack of torches during prime winter months definitely helped spread the "old school winter" phrase around.

Moisture steaming into the terrain.  Been snowing hard, 1-2” per hour.

 4.5” fluff so far. +SN.

You do realize he’s a PWM observer.

Lol and I don't take my obs downtown where it's nothing but brick and pavement.  These aren't my personal obs, or "opinion".

My only point is - and I said it last week when he was saying it'd be gone by Thursday - those maps don't always reflect the accurate depth.  He's a smug dink who calls the mets here clowns but can't handle a little push back himself.

30/23.  Stake says 4-5" this AM but I don't read verbatim.  Average is over a larger area (which is now officially 2")

Man, “decent” and “respectable” for wintery vibe is the best you can come up with, lol. It hadn’t rained in 2 +- months, no thaws, BN temps and number 6 out of the last 70 years in terms of snowfall with refreshes every 2-3 days. Total snowfall somewhere between 300-400” in the northern greens with more than half of March to go. I’d go with outstanding winter for northern Vermont.

Tho guidance is yet to fully commit to an eastern ridge mid and late month the overnights do still move a couple of passes of warmth through the period. With cool downs being comparatively weaker, gives the allusion to moving the seasonal change from 1st to 2nd grade.

Btw .. today appears to be a high "nape factor"   ... Looks like 58's sprinkled around, with primarily warm March sun sky and much lighter wind .. this will create those comfortable moments that exceed the actual air temperature.
