I don’t doubt it’s coming Scott…but a 15 day prog…that deserves :weenie::weenie::weenie: a triple weenie.  You so broken it ain’t even funny. It’ll get muted.. bet on it.

I feel like painting my face war colors and yelling freedom. Call me William Wallace.

BTW, raindance just echoed a lot of my thoughts in the ENSO thread moving ahead in relation to the PDO flip, possible el Nina next year, etc.

Stand the fu(k by next year.

This year was the transition year…we broke out, and the worm is changing.

I think so, but obviously lets see how it looks next fall. I can't possibly fathom an 8th consecutive down season (I know who can and why) and am going to begin compiling data as to why in June.

Unfortunately the GEFS have an anal leakage risk from the north, but overall a warm look. Certainly nothing even close to entertaining more faux threats.

Well it’s 15 days away…we’ve seen the EPS try the heat burst a half dozen times this winter, to no avail…so we’ll see?  But by mid March, I too hope the warmer look is right.

Of course…no guarantees ever.  But it does have the feel of change. Maybe next season continues it. Kind of like the early 90’s did when they started the big turn…

Almost tome to track the swarm of ass mist for the marathon.

Hopefully it’s a nice day like last year. Would like to go again. One of the best days of the year in the city when it’s nice out.

I think this is more like the mid to late 70s, where as the PDO flipped from cold to warm. AMO could also switch soon, too.

We’re actually still talking about snow? How about those 570 thicknesses approaching on the 00z gfs!

Anyone with co-dependent "winter on models" issues, seem strangely impervious to that learning..  The dissertation quality postings regarding the flip over the last week?  LOL

I get it. I mean if there’s a big dog imminent I’ll be right there bunning away.

But man got to be impressed with that signal. Only issue will be the anal leakage I mentioned from the north. That is possible.

Especially in my portion of the region...soooo prone to that.

Anyway,  telecon insists a significant change occurs ...  the timing is the 10th and has been for like 10 days since this signal was very outer horizon, and is now 12 days...   Still time to modulate, but, in that time the signal has only grown.

The operational runs ending up around 300+ hours with that ridge in the SE and the polar boundary displaced west... warmer hydrostats flooding up to at least Boston's latitude    might be an early detection from those sources, but it really is way too early to sure there.  This all, so far, only useful to warm weather enthusiasts like me, who like to monitor the seasonal transition, for now.
