That one never looked icy, but there’s an outside chance it could end up snowier if things break right. The one beyond 300 hours on the euro in clown range that was previously an ice storm yesterday is now a cutter on the 00z run.

I’m sure the cutter will verify

As he said you misinterpreted his post…but I would bet against that idea you misinterpreted for sure. People said stuff like that 35 years ago too, when a 6-8” storm was huge. And then just like clockwork the KU’s started showing up again. And The same will happen here also. You can Bet on it.

Well, Idk how I misinterpreted what he said as he didn't clarify. Instead he somehow connected my misinterpretation to Trump being elected lol. But, assuming CC is happening, you can't just say "35 years ago people thought xyz so that means it's also not happening now."

There wasn't Hadley cell talk in the 80s, but I sure remember discussions on fast flow etc. causing storms to be shunted offshore at times, in between the cutters. Everything goes in cycles

We've had 20"+ snow in March 7 times in 26 winters but 23/24 was the 1st time we hit the mark in consecutive years. Trifecta??? Probably not. The other 5 were also over 30. Prior to 3/23 we'd never had a March in the 20s. It's easily the most variable of the 4 big snow months, ranging from 0.1" to 55.5". Toss out the top/bottom, it's still 0.6"/37.1".
