Wetbulbs88
The radar looks great. If the models weren't so adamant about this missing south I'd be thrilled right now. It's even moving more NE than modeled. I'm sure dry air will shave the northern batch right off as it approaches.

Heisy
12z Nam finally looks like the euro and other models, lesson learned for others, never use this model outside 18 hours. Once the event starts I like to look at it to see last second trends but that’s about it .

Yep. Nice looking band to my west. But 1 degree dews here are going to kill it.
Mbusada1
I live near Chesapeake Beach in Maryland, but I’m near Wardensville, West Virginia right now and woke up not expecting any snow. It’s snowing moderately now and the temperature is 10. Ground is starting to get covered. I know it’s not the 20 inches we all hoped for, but at least it’s snowing.

That is actually a pretty good sign. Wardensville is due west of the Stephens City snow anus. Maybe some flake will make it up here.

Yep, you can see it on radar. Might not mean much other than mood flakes. But that would be a win at this point lol.

Not really sure what radar you’re looking at. It’s basically a mess with intermittent returns. No real solid shield or steady consistent snow on the north end north of the main area of heavy precip near the low down in FL/GA. It’s clear the cold press and dry air is just tearing apart what could have been a solid precipitation shield on the north end. Radar sucks. The only thing that’s saving it for parts of Central VA is that it is this cold so instant stickage. Once the coastal gets going there will finally be a consolidated area of darker greens and a deform area but that’s going to be a pretty small area in SE VA and NE NC
