Stebaney
EURO introduces 10” into Wake. Gradient is terrifying. 10 to 2” between falls lake and garner. But holy moly what a leap! And I’m in Knightdale. My neighbor could get 8” and I get 2”. Seriously though, I’ve seen Creedmoor area get 4” and I get half inch..

NorthHillsWx
I’ll say this just as a word of caution since I know everyone’s focused on Wednesday but definitely be mindful of the wind threat tomorrow. It could be very high impact and there are some concerning gusts showing up for many here. It will affect plans and should be taken seriously 1

tarheelwx
I agree that winds like the models are showing would be high impact. However, the last several times they showed high impact, it certainly ended up having less impact than what the models had indicated. Hopefully that's the case tomorrow. Had a baby at home and my husband walked 3 miles on solid ice because Lowe’s had gotten a shipment of them. There was a long line and he got the last one. Has come in handy over the years. Suncat
Are we close enough to venture a time estimate as to when the storm will hit Raliegh on Wednesday. I have an appointment to take my new car in for its first service on Wednesday at 7:30 in the morning and I don't want to get caught on bad roads on the way home.
