Brick Tamland
Guess the UK is better compared to the last run, but it's still ugly here.
PackGrad05
Also, beware of looking too closely at globals at this range.

This is where you start to transition your focus to the higher res models before nowcasting tomorrow night.
StantonParkHoya
All the in house models and high res keep the snow / ice line further south
olafminesaw
GRAF aligns better with the rest of guidance (not quite as crazy totals). To be taken with a grain of salt, does not seem to pick up on warm noses very well 2
wncsnow
I think this Euro run is a little better for western folks.
NorthHillsWx
Ok I’ll be honest I don’t think I looked at the 6z UK because people said it was bad but I didn’t realize it was THAT bad. I guess this was an improvement but still way worse than 0z

Brick Tamland
Euro similar to the UK. A lot of the precip stays south of NC.
Upstate Tiger
Disappointing Euro run considering other model trends.
WXNewton
Euro was better for some MTN counties as well as parts of TN and KY. The northern part of the storm produced a little more precip this run and held on longer before dying out.
NorthHillsWx
Not saying it’s wrong but EURO is WAY south of everything else now
Brick Tamland
Euro ended up better than I thought it would, but still not as good as the Canadian, ICON and even GFS. It seems to have switched places with the other models in less than 48 hours.

The main coastal is too far offshore and trended much worse
BornAgain13
The Euro has been awful with this storm so far... so maybe we don't lean on it so much?
Brick Tamland
Just now, BornAgain13 said: The Euro has been awful with this storm so far... so maybe we don't lean on it so much? Well, it went from showing the biggest amounts to now showing the smallest amounts compared to the GFS, ICON and Canadian in less than 48 hours. A lot of back and forth and switching places the last 48 hours.
