Actually the opposite. Gfs schooled everything else. Except skynet.

Gfs is usually flat with big east coast storms but sometimes it's right.  FU Euro and EPS.

I took off for no reason

Euro is too phase happy too early with northern streamers and in a fast flow environment no less. Just have to take off the snow goggles, understand its bias, and adjust accordingly.

The funny thing is, people give us the weenie signal for being passionate about this. And with passion comes disappointment. I think their way of showing their disappointment is trying to stay more pessimistic to avoid feeling disappointment or projecting on others to take it away from themselves. Anyway, I feel you. I'm so super disappointed. We've just had a bad run for several years. And it probably will last a bit longer. But there will be a point where we see something. And that will take away all the feelings of the misses that we've seen over the last several years.

You are right. I just think that so many of us are hoping so much for something we haven't seen in quite sometime ( And frankly to wipe out this horrible 3-year drought ). So I think that's why there's so many people who are overly passionate, or as you or some other people will call us, weenies LOL. But like you and everyone else in here, we all have other lives besides this. This is just our getaway of what we enjoy. So, sometimes those snow goggles are all we have to give us that hope.

Everyone here is a weenie whether they admit it or not. I know we kid a lot but it is tough to have a bad winter. For me, it’s all the more reason to enjoy whatever comes.

We’re all weenies. We just approach potential events differently.

Remember when people were worried about the cmc going inland ? LOL

Yea, wasn't very high on my list of concerns. I had a forecaster on social media Fri PM tell me to be more worried about rain than a whiff...good forecaster, too. I was incredulous...circled back around to the thread and crickets.

I'm still in the mindset of something is going to happen. Not present threat.
Maybe one BIG Powerful regionwide phaser that rivals a high KU category.
All the parameters are there, (not modeled well) most of this season and go out with a memorable BANG.

Maybe a St Patrick's Day storm

Shut your negative pie hole. This fella says there's still a chance.
