Man.. every model .. I know but it’s hard not to. Trust me..I’m expecting a rug pull. But for now, until that happens, please let me enjoy and dream

It will be icy, but I wouldn’t say they have damaging ice for you. It’s close.

I love this paragraph in the overnight update from GYX:

Snow arrives late Saturday and Saturday night as a large area
of low pressure exits the Ohio Valley with a secondary area of
low pressure forming along the southern New England coastline by
Sunday morning. Heavy snow and mixed precipitation will be
associated with this intensifying cyclone through Sunday. Would
expect the model solutions to potentially trend colder from run
to run. Thereafter, there is good model consensus that Arctic
air will once again pour into the region on strong westerly
winds to start out next week.

Let’s hope it’s not the chickens.  I say 6-10 and then sleet.  Gonna be coooold

Yeah we’ll see how it goes. I’m worried about the H75-8 warmth and the cold wedge overperforming. But it’s definitely looking more like 6” is in the cards here.

Toucans to Tolland, and Seagulls in Southington killed by ice…

This could end up being a pretty epic month in my hood...I have been mentioning this week this month has already been pretty enjoyable for me. It has kind of reminded me of January 2009....no huge snow events, or frigid weather, but consistently cold with a chain of moderate snow events. Good retention month that seldom hot freezing.
