Still a good deal of low level flakes though, so I'd imagine that 925-850 level is still pretty cold for the MA/NH border region I'd love to get this storm out ASAP....hate to rain on a 14" pack. I got up reasonably early to do it for that reason...it was already getting heavy due to cf passage, nvm rain later

Since I'm not hearing a lot of pinging, I'm guessing it's a mix of za and ip. But that must be tough to do at 22*. I'm sure the -SN obs at FIT and ASH aren't helping the ptype algorithms. Even though it's really sleet with some snow grains
Sey-Mour Snow
Don’t know how it’s colder in southern ct than Mass. 32 here still accreting .35” radial.. still no power
amc
All quiet here, very brief period of sleet, back to snow, now stopped. Everyone in the neighborhood is snowblowing now... seems like a bad decision, leaving my snow so I can get rid of the snow, sleet and ZR is one shot... Looks like the CF is up around exit 4. It probably collapses late day/evening but it would be nice to avoid a ton of 33 rain. Pack really does look solid, haven't had this much meat in one in a few years. This stuff was so dense it took out my mailbox off the plow.
