TauntonBlizzard2013
There is very little snow left here. Maybe in inch possibly 2. Evening we get 4 or 5 I expect it to be gone when we rain and spike to
CoastalWx
I’m pulling a Kevin and selling Nam thermals with that meso low. Temps will not be 30 to LCI and 32 at BOS at the same time.

Baroclinic Zone
Nice solid frozen front end on 12z hires even here. Looks like we transition to pure rain around 11-12z. all snow up till around 05-06z. Would equate to 3-6”.

jbenedet
It looks like a beautiful day in Boston today. Ridiculous seeing upper 20’s on the op guidance for highs. Near normal is doable this afternoon. 1

wxeyeNH
Just checking in. It seems like people, even up here, are freaking out a bit. So much hype. At least for me this will be another dry powder snow event and flipping to a long period of sleet and maybe back to snow at the end. The sleet will compress the pack but other than driving a dry snow to sleet event is not that big of a deal. No, high winds either tomorrow.

I actually want this 'pack' gone...there is a solid 2 inches of ice in many spots, foot prints look like fossils from dinosaurs. Quite dangerous taking the dog out. The south facing parts of the yard are mostly gone though....start fresh on Thursday

rimetree
Seems like if we change to rain here it will be pretty brief before possibly changing back to IP/ZR as this pulls away. Wonder if cold drain is under-modeled too for this area anyway. Either way, this pack isn't going anywhere, just don't look forward to the cleanup of concrete in the driveway.
