Time to get ready for hunting.  Not sure of totals here yet, as I'm dragging azz after walking 15 miles in muck boots hunting yesterday.  I will say this... eyeballing out the window, it looks to be close to 6 inches here on barnegat bay.

1-2 ended up being correct for the city and long island, including the south shore.  There was no 3-4 inch spike for JFK or anywhere on the south shore.

We always change over first in a mixed storm but a storm that's supposed to favor our area and we get the same amount the city got.

Incidentally, Upton's 2.0 is the highest amount I saw on Long Island.

There are some 3" amounts (including a 3.1" amount) on Long Island taken by NWS employees in Suffolk County. Those reports will likely be in the next PNS.
