Steady moderate snow in Westminster over 2” now which was what I set my bar for

This last band over Rockville is producing.  I was at 4.25 at midnight but might make a run at 5 if this keeps up.

Going out with a bang. Back edge approaching though. Should shut off around 230 or so. 5” flat may be doable thanks to this final batch
