Assuming you mean bust for folks DC south -- radar looks like best precip is lining up south of a line from Charlottesville to Fredericksburg to far lower southern MD.  I think a lot of people south of DC expecting 6-plus are gonna end up with just a couple inches.  I'm out on this one and hoping for the Feb 20 to March 10 window
