I wonder how long it'll take Baltimore County to make the call for tomorrow? They're notorious for dragging their feet, especially if it's a 2hr delay with a morning re-evaluation.

I always used to love those days being the only one there and having peace and quiet to work. However, the drive back in traffic and poor drivers makes it less worth loving.

I could see them calling a delay tonight, and at 5:30am close. 

I partially envy the kids today, the county closes for stuff they only delayed for in my day. However distance learning didn't exist back then so if I had multiple snow days I had those days off. I had an extended Christmas break in 2009, a week and a half off 2 months later, and about the same amount of time off Senior year.

That stuff has been hitting a brick wall between 81 and Winchester all morning, nothing makes it east of there. 
 

It’s STILL 53% humidity here in western Loudoun just east of the mountains.

11 am measurement on uncleared board, 6.5". It eased up a bit, but back to heavy parachutes in last 20 minutes! Hoping this continues east and north, you'll like it!

Do we have and shear and CAPE to get things to pop this afternoon?

It's not really supposed to do anything notable for NOVA/DC until like 4pm, if that. Real accumulations are after 7pm. No panic yet.
