I've been listening to people in northern Maryland whine for a week, I can probably express concern once or twice that dewpoints are still in the teens and twenties 30 min after precip was forecast and the air temp is close to 40.  Every hour we lose in a low-rate storm counts.

Is union bridge in northern Frederick county? This isn’t a crippling storm. While roads may be starting to cover over by 9, you’ll be lucky to have more than 1” by then. In my opinion anyway 

UB is in Carroll county, but I work in Columbia. Staying down in HoCo tonight to shorten the drive for tomorrow as well.

Just sent in a significant report to CoCoRaHS, mainly because the gauge was about to overfill on one side due to the wind direction at 11:30. 7 inches of snow on .045 liquid. Man I hope this makes it everyone's way, beautiful.
