Fozz
The NAM is looking really nice, but based on the rule of cutting the NAM totals by half, I still like this call. 1 hour ago, Fozz said: I’m expecting anywhere from 2” to 2.5” IMBY. In case most don't know where Aldie is I'm basically at the far northern tip of where Prince Willian County meets Loudoun...just a bit to the north and right of there in Loudoun County...get on 50 west and drive almost to 15. Property taxes have to be lower.

clskinsfan
Came into this thinking it was a 3-5 storm for my area. Still feel that way. Gotta say the models have been jacking central Virginia for days. And they really have not wavered on that at all. RIC folk probably feel a little rug pulled. But generally the models have been pretty damn consistent.

When i owned my house in Leesburg it was expensive but here is obnoxious

StormyClearweather
RGEM and ICON both look a touch wetter for most to me. Probably noise, but it's good noise, so we take.

Yeah over in Aldie light (South Riding) the average home price is like 1.2 million. Lots of tech, medical out that way then west towards Middleburg is all horse and old money. Up towards Leesburg there's still plenty of people who park their school bus in the front yard. I'm pretty sure Ji doesn't even mow his lawn
