Very concerning the amount of rain coming down there. This could get very ugly & life threatening quickly if it stays over that area. Luckily here in Murfreesboro we are just on the edge of it. Yes, it likely will, I am under a flood advisory; concerning is the red bow cell to the southwest of Sumner county moving this direction, that will likely put us in a flood warning.
Daniel Boone
Flooding occurring here now. Flood warning issued. Between 2.25 and 2.5" has fallen in the Jonesville area since onset.
John1122
Flooding pretty wide spread here. A lot of thunder today with temps in the 30s. Not common. Heavy rain ongoing with 2.24 inches down so far today.
BuCoVaWx
Widespread flooding in my area. Multiple mudslides. One on Rt. 460 below the Grundy Fire Department, both lanes were blocked. I believe they have one lane opened back up now. 1 1
BlunderStorm
The primary axis of precip is very stubborn. About 50 miles south of short range models and lifting at a snails pace. Quite a gully washer. The longer it drags the less of a reprieve until the cold front arcs the line of precip back over. Not looking good.

BuCoVaWx
It's not looking good here now. Most places are flooded. My parents home,of which they have lived for 33 years is flooding into their yard for the first time since they've lived there. Multiple roads are washed out. It's a scary situation. 4
John1122
The fire hose finally turned off here. The creeks around my house are probably in the top 5 or 6 that I've seen them. If it had rained another couple of hours we probably move into the top 3.

Thankfully it seems the heaviest of the rain has pushed through for now.
John1122
Around my area this afternoon. If we get poured on again tonight, some really dangerous situations may develop in the dark. 4 1 1
John1122
The temp has went up from 39 to 56 since 5pm. Heavy mist/drizzle going on out there. If that next line of storms/rain doesn't weaken, we're probably looking at some potentially life-threatening flooding for folks. 1
Holston_River_Rambler
How's everybody holding up? We didn't have it to bad in my part of Morgan County, but I can definitely tell with daylight that there was some minor flooding near me last night, more than we had with any other part of the event.

The worse part for here was the winds last night. Never seen or heard the winds like that here. Apparently it was a “wake” low that created them for 3-4 counties here. My county being one of those. With the soft ground trees came down. 1
Daniel Boone
4.01" Storm Total here. Thankfully severe storms missed here. Severe Flooding however.
John1122
Major flooding here and no power since around 3am as the storms moved in. Many roads cut in half, driveways gone. Trees down everywhere.
Matthew70
Lots of trees down here. Two large ones in between my house & neighbors. Apparently we had a “wake” low develop around Nashville. Never experienced one but man the winds were incredible. With wet grounds it caused a mess. 1

Our temp went from 45 at noon to 65 at midnight right before the torrential downpour came. Our river is flooding and will crest at 53/54 feet on Tuesday - not including any liquid from snow that evening. In Clarksville. Cumberland River. 3
