GaWx
Update on cousin’s BOS to ATL JetBlue tomorrow 7AM flight: canceled; -she’s now flying JetBlue out of BOS ~11:20 AM and gets to JFK ~12:40PM; then changes planes and would leave JFK ~2:35PM for ATL So, as long as delay in leaving BOS 11:20AM not more than, say, an hour, she’d make the JFK 2:35PM flight. She may not have checked bags. If not, maybe she’d have more than hour to spare. I assume she’d have better chance to make JFK to ATL flight if no checked bags. No telling if JFK will have delays leaving 2:35PM Sun. If she misses JFK flight, she’ll just forget going to ATL and stay in NYC, where her other home is. Opinions about this plan? 1

There’s definitely a delay risk which then puts the jfk flight in jeopardy. 1

If you're nerdy enough, and if you know the flight number, using FlightRadar24 or similar, you should be able to get the plane's registration number, and work backwards, and see where the equipment is and what other flights it's running. But kind of useless to do until very early tomorrow morning. I do this on my flights and you have insite into delays hours before alerted by the carriers.

I forgot to add that her parents live in NYC and she happens to be moving back there. So, if she misses flight to ATL, it’s actually ok. She’d forget ATL trip and just stay in NYC.
Chrisrotary12
Beware the dryslot around sunrise tomorrow in CT? Potential for a nice Kraft/Tucker/Watson in eastern areas as mid-levels close off? Should be fun for all and leaves plenty of time to clean up before the game. moneypitmike
I suspect the final .1" or so of qpf will do very little to accumulation......lower ratio (higher weight) will just serve to compress the fluff below it a little.
