Shit, even 4” on top of the ice pack we have down here we will have a deep winter look and feel. Just don’t warm tongue me to oblivion and I end up 1-3 or something stupid like that. That would sting a bit.

I'd rather positive bust an advy then negative bust a warning.  3-6" here final call.  Moving quick, meso QPF red flags, less than 10:1 with lift not ideally aligned with the DGZ, maybe some downsloping on easterly flow.

3-6" cake flour is a great event regardless IMO, but selling bigger totals here IMBY right now.

So you think the GFS shows jack at your place?

No, I didn’t mean that way regarding the GFS.  I was meaning overall. But it’s all good.

We have a great pattern setting in, with many shots at the target.  I’ll take my chances any day with this look.  Tomorrow night into Sunday am looks solid for all of us. We’ll see what Tuesday and Thursday bring..And then there’s more shots after that as well.  These are very positive developments for NE… especially where we’ve been, and where many thought we were heading.   BUCKLE UP, and keep your head, arms and hands inside the car.

Yeah, it should be 100% or nearly so.  Stuff that hasn't been skiable in 2 years.  Happy for them.  Hope they get a nice big crowd willing to human groom the woods in for the weekday morning crew :)

Look at the difference in PA lol. It still takes too long to transfer, but given how big of a change it just had in snow in PA my guess is it come around eventually

Its just nonsensical across the board, slow transfer yet somehow it only pushes the mid-level WAA into like SE NY And CT late, it keeps CNJ and NYC all snow which could not possibly happen if the whole transfer was that late.

Sign me up for the hrrr. Just a touch of sleet and a parting CJ.

The OP NAMs are really the only guidance not giving 6”+ for our zone of SNE (basically pike region)…think we good.

I can’t tell you how refreshing it is not to worry about precipitation types. A touch of sleet isn’t gonna kill me, but you know what I mean.
