This isn’t the same as today…it’s further south now, and we stay in beefier rates it seems than today.

Agree with this. Today and this weekend are very different imo given the different track/intensity/cold in place (I think)

I wasn't implying it was.  Saturday night will be decent.....perhaps some will verify a warning.

My point with the today comment was making a comparison to a nickle/dime event.

Ptype prob a bigger worry in the tristate area with vort tracking through BUF/ALB. It's prob good this is a touch south right now because I could see some north ticks here in the next day or two.

Just being persnickety re Euro but the 66 hour position of the low and PP layout is almost identical to the 00z depiction.

It's the QPF field that's a little S, also ... perhaps 10% less

It's actually a tick S at interval 72 compared to the 00z 84.   May not be enough to matter.
