Probably, but there is always a chance for a fluke, especially in March. The thing is, we probably see some -NAO action develop again, but not until late March/early April when it is completely effing useless, unless you want cold and damp at that point.

I wouldn’t write off late March completely (depending on location) if we somehow end up with a great setup, but by then it will be a race against time and every week will count.

In the past 12 years I’ve seen a total of at least 3 solid accumulating snow events after March 20th, with one of them being a low end MECS.

I agree with you. Age is catching up to me. But I love to watch it on streaming vids. Too bad the Northeast Ski Resorts stole the Winter from Mammoth. I have to wait til next season. Damn Killington and Jay Peak. I guess Killington is killing it this winter. See what I did there?

With that being said, we won't get more than 2" for the rest of this winter.  I wished we loved cutters, because we'd be tracking once a week every week, without fail.

Cold and snow is automatic here with cold air from Siberia flowing across the Sea of Japan. Copious snow from Dec through mid March. Love how they never salt the roads- just plow occasionally and deal with it. They drive with no issues.
