This is simply an embarrassing ass hobby. I sit my ass here for hours on end watching a computer simulation fuck with me. Its ridiculous.

It absolutely sucks for us snow lovers --- But all of us could have worse things happen to us personally , I unfortunately speak from terrifying experience...

It’s only snow. It’s nothing compared to real life, health and family. So we get skunked, it’s annoying but nothing in the grand scheme of life.

I said it wouldn't be a bomb and would be flatter... reason is there are big differences in the Pacific off the west coast. We have a weak High pressure there, vs east-based-posPNA that a lot of analogs had. That Gulf of Alaska trough digs waves downstream, and you can get a Miller A type system.. that's not the pattern we have for this wave.  Little chance it goes back to a bomb/blizzard, unless the Pacific pattern changes.

ok but no one has been able to answer me this...models are showing a big snow to our SE, why can't I find a single example of a big snow for SE VA with a H5 low crossing OH and PA?  Every miss to our south like that has an H5 crossing VA or NC not to our north.  What am I missing?

This place is ludicrously ludicrous most days. That’s why I love it. Been here long enough to remember all the crazy shit over the years. Though some of it literally was 60 mins ago. LOL. Anyway, somehow, someway, I feel like this is far from over. Storms disappear all the time just to make a comeback so us weenies get to feel the love. We shall see. Worst case scenario…I made a locker room speech at the half…and everyone was watching Severance on their IPAD while I was talking. Damn technology!
