Same. Radar has been showing snow for over an hour here in Summerville, but I haven't seen a single flake.

Yeah, I was seeing a lot of rain on the traffic cams close to the coast. Going to be fun when that all freezes tonight..

Well, I never really thought this was a CLT storm, but it's now snowing to our N, S, E, and W, at least here near South Park. Wild how even in this setup the western and northern metro will probably somehow still overproduce.

Both are new storm total records.

Someone in Florida will end up with over 6”. I’ve seen a forecast for 7-8” in Freeport FL, and the radar shows that area getting hammered.

Absolutely unreal.

That is crazy to me, in Raleigh there have been snow returns on the radar for almost 2 hours, but not a single flake has fallen

That’s gotta be an all time record for all of Florida. Wasn’t the previous record around 4”?

There was a later report from Molino that was just under 7". The person doing the measuring is a trained spotter.

Lightest of flurries just started in Winston Salem  might not get much more but this is cool

Measured 1" here about 25 minutes ago in Senoia, GA. Snowing light to occasionally moderate now. Temps going back down, 25 here.  Im going to guess we might get near 2" if it keeps up like this for another few hours, but Im pretty happy. Two measurable events in one month. For being "on the line" in a bunch of the models over the last three or four days, I'd say this is going to over perform here. NWS had lowered totals to T-1/2 inch 48 hours ago.

Started coming down around 4pm in Canon GA (northeast Ga/I-85 corridor)   @5:50pm we have about an 1" and by the radar looks like we have maybe another hour before it ends.

Total 1/2" of snow. Very unusual to get 2 accumulating events here in one winter. I'm very pleased. Of course the roads are a nightmare, accidents galore.
