32 and coming down pretty hard. Everything white, even my street and I live on a main road that straddles Somerset/Hunterdon County. Literally the other side of the street is a different county in certain areas.

Yeah I was talking more about northern Middlesex and my area.  We have dropped to 36 finally with a trace on the mulch

2-4 for us is a good call

But it is still kinda lame after all the hype. Really, 2-4 is kind of a nothingburger. It'll look nice for a bit at least. Hope it's at least a but better than that. To me, anything under 5 is just a nuisance event. Can't hide my disappointment. But it's better than nothing. Some years we don't even see that.

I’m a little pessimistic about my home town for this storm which never happens in the winter (lol), they might struggle to get past 2-3” unless they go to town in a band. It’s 40 there now and it always takes forever for the immediate south shore to cool down. Short range models are also hinting at a subsidence zone somewhere east of the enhanced snow area in E PA/NJ. With Long Beach’s luck…

it started as snow here at 1:30 PM, no worries about rain at the start.

no sticking yet though.

4 is the minimum needed to be considered a good event.

I just want a plowable event to make some money. I don’t need 10-15 to make that happen

What hype ? This was not going to be a big storm.
