Long range Nam is not showing anything . Good news.

The NAM could tell me the sky is blue and water is wet and I wouldn’t believe it. It’s as eternally bad as the GFS, they both haven’t a clue. It’s obvious where this is heading, it’s going to be a major event Sunday, wouldn’t surprise me if this is an 8-12 inch storm. The CMC/RGEM appears to have schooled the EURO on this one, it’s playing catchup like the ICON. My guess is that the UKMET is the next one to show a big hit

i know, ive only participated on this board for 2 years now, and this is a first for me. his guidance is always spot on, so now im excited

lol no but when Snowman is on board for a snow event you know something is going down. Actually, Forky is the one you pay attention to when he's honking for a snowstorm. Once he sends out the Batsnow Signal then you know we're good.

If we can just get the RGEM outcome 50 miles SE that would be perfect for everyone. Not a huge storm but possibly 6”+ for some. It’s a matter of the S/W sharp enough to generate lift and on a good track as others pointed out. Would be nice to have a decent snow before this cold push.

Why the rgem?
