Yesterday made 35 straight days without getting over 32°, the longest such run we've had here.  Both 2009 (with 12/31/08) and Jan-Feb 2015 had streaks of 33 days.  Either today or tomorrow will end the current one.

It does feel nice today. Light winds and low 40s with total sun.

41 here now, my wife spent an hour chopping ice yesterday in the driveway and got about a 4' X 4' section chopped, she asked me to clear the chopped ice, it was already frozen back to a giant ice cube. I told her to wait til Tuesday, should be a breeze by then.

43 degrees. Feels like a heatwave. LOL. Nice to see some grass reappearing for my dog to go out on. That ice covered snow was rough.

up to 45F IMBY with hazy sun, used the relatively warm driveway and changed the oil in the antique Honda and the Camry

Clouds definitely hung around more than expected today, along with a pretty steady breeze and it was quite chilly...hoping for better tomorrow and definitely Wednesday. One thing is for sure, the kids and dog are dragging mud into the house today...it has begun

Should be a lot of melting this week, at least now I can walk around a house for pictures and not fall on my ass. The icy layer has softened up quite a bit.

Local mets pimping 2-4" up here, Heading up Saturday to Pittsburgh NH to go for lunch, Its reciprocal weekend where we can snowmobile in NH without having to register your sled.

Nice. Nobody seems to post obs up there anymore since Johns site went offline, but the pics look deep. Havent been up there in the winter in a few years, but was up in Oct for birds. Buck Rub?

Not sure, I've never been actually in Pittsburgh, Buck Rub looks like a decent place though, I know when i rode near there a month ago, There was plenty of snow.
