ORH_wxman
20th does have a pretty good signal on EPS…been there for a couple days Even the weekend still has about 25% of the members as pretty huge hits. I’m not optimistic on weekend but not totally resigned to a rainstorm yet. The 2/20 threat synoptically looks excellent though as the 2/16 system becomes a huge 50/50 low as it phases with the PV fully after passing us. So you combine it with a western ridge and there’s obviously potential. Not worth going crazy though until we get much closer.
mahk_webstah
Happy to see so many members inside the BM and going fully into the GOM. The 50-50 isn’t in an overly suppressive spot

Sadly this weekend looked big at first too, and mid last week, this Thursday looked good too. Anyway, a lot of those on the 20th are powerful storms too.

Typhoon Tip
We are now moved out of the solar minimum and have begun the +solar transition season. Snow banks start getting eaten back on sunny days more readily. Car interiors may feel quite warm if not in the shade. Start planting toms from seeds and place them on the southern sills. ..etc. 9 1 1 2 1

My point was, high dew points and thus the corresponding temperatures I suppose eat snow pack. Not the correlation of relative humidity and temperature to achieve dew point. Exactly. I think those who think it’s nape season should go and lay out on their decks in banana hammocks and oil, and see how red they get.
