After 09z 0.5-0.75" falls on my head at 33F in a very ice storm looking sounding. While that amount of QPF likely wouldn't bring the grid down, it would make things a hazard. It has felt and for the most part looked like winter....could we have had more snow, absolutely and looking at what the pattern we definitely were porked on way more than a couple occasions. I am currently sitting at almost 22" for the season which is close to average where I spent most of my like and more than where I lived in Delaware. So all in all I don't think it was really that awful, but thats just from my perspective. But hey, I won't be upset running the table and hitting average.
