Nothing to talk about. It’s beyond melting now, it is what it is. A rat. Again.

3 rats in a row. Never seen anything like this. 80s too young to remember. Even when we would get a complete rat like 01-02, 11-12, 19-20 we'd usually rebound with a good season immediately after.

NYC going to be below 10 inches of seasonal snowfall for a 3rd year in a row. Unbelievable

We’ve had two great months since the 17/18 winter and that was Feb 2021 and Jan 22. Other than that most of December January and February has been putrid.

Will we ever get a good winter?

Yeah, I truly sucks when your winter enthusiast and really enjoy this kind of weather. But we will have a great winter again. If the Gulf Coast right to the water can get 6 to 12 in of snow, then you know we'll have our chance again. Again. Just sucks that it's been basically 3 years of below average Snowfall for our area. But we're not done yet, we do have the whole month of February and half of March climatologically to still see snow.

C'mon guy. You know it's way to early to make this call now ( although it feels hopeless with the track record of the last 3 Winters ). All it takes is one Storm to blow up into a Monster to turn this entire forum around ( but if things are still this way by mid March, I'll be more inclined to agree with your statement by then ).

Lots of this in the 80s. Like I said earlier, if you're younger than 35-40 you've been spoiled by some great winters and missed some terrible ones

I think it’s the precision that we’ve just missed that has people frustrated. We finally get the consistent cold but too much suppression. We finally have a decent pacific but still find a way to be in a fast flow so all potential is limited. It’s hard to expect anything good when it’s been so bad.

At least this winter the very little bit of snow that’s fallen has had some staying power. Most snow cover days I can remember since at least 2018 winter but at this point I’m ready to move on to spring training
