Euro looks fantastic.  Snow, no temperature issues.  Toss the RGEM/GGEM.

For us, I like the direction the euro seems to be heading. I think the qpf shield will be broader and more GFS like. That should make a lot of folks happy.

That isn't bad for the Euro... it's typically the dryest model in these type situations.  It's gradually beefing up QPF, I'm fine with where we are, as long as your expectations are realistic and you're not thinking you're getting some 8-12" snow lol.  That's possible but by far not the most likely outcome here...but I think 3-6" is very doable for your area.

Between the gfs and euro I’d say 2-3” for 95 and 4-5” NW is a fair range.

Absolutely, I'd go 2-4 for DC metro and 3-6 north and west.  

With yesterday's 0.5 I'm now at 10.9 inches for the season.  This Euro run would get me to climo basically.  Considering we're not even halfway through winter and it's been really cold, this is all good.
