It's been locked in for 5 runs straight (will be 6 if the fv3 is in fact a good precursor) and is within the center of the guidance spread.

RGEM GFS EURO compromise is best for all.. Lets compromise

Adjacent zones the S and E have watches while S. Franklin (Z-13) doesn't.  All 3 have 3-7 predicted but 13's threshold is 8".  
We take, whether it's 3 or 7, as it will move us past 2014 for least snowy January.

That’s always one of my least favorite ranges. There’s such a huge, sensible impact difference, between getting 4 inches and 8 inches of snow.
