Going to have to monitor temps in the ATL metro from here on out. Freezing rain a big concern now, IMO. Glazing on the pines has already started but I am seeing melting in my location.

I can confirm we have fluffy biscuits in Walkertown.  Also, I just went thru the Bjoangles drivethru.  Those comments are likely related.

In other news, we are locked in with a very dry 24° to start the event.  Expecting virga, just hope it moistens up quickly.

Really good sleet storm here in Statham / Winder.  Just reference for you guys up stream.  We have 2.5" here before the sleet started.

Hope if got to you.  Mine stopped a few hours ago.  Stuck at half an inch I'd guess.  Light rain now and 31.  On to the 22nd for me. Unless the zr picks up, and I hope it won't.

Yep. I am off Friendship Road and it is heavy freezing rain now. Not good.

A lot of reports of 3-3.5” in Dekalb county and nearby like on Jimmy Carter in Gwinnett! I’ll check mine here when I actually go outside (Gwinnett). Latest guess 2.5”+. Could be 3”.
