I'm wondering if someone can get just north of the WAA when it stalls and then get this over West and Middle TN if it holds together:

Also curious about the the little bands the red arrow is pointing at

Heaviest snow we have had all day here!

NWS Nashville talking about snow working back in as the evening and night drag on:

Looks to me like that tail of snow is moving up into KY, hopefully it comes due east but...roads are wet here, not sure how fast they will freeze up after dark, pretty quickly if it is snowing I would guess.

Just saying those are mesoscale snow bands

I’m thinking the backside comma head should start slowing down the R/S line moving into Nashville. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens when those two meet. Two different air masses and with shifts coming together. That could create some serious lift.

Now dry slotted.  I'm glad, maybe won't get much sleet to compact my 5"+.  If we can get another 1-4 as MRX says before it moves out would be great.

Looks like we are about to get the dry slot as well.  We ended up with around 4 in in West Knoxville.  Lets now get that other 1 to 4 for later.
