Slept in this morning and woke up to a nice freshened snowpack. Everything including the road is covered. Will measure in a bit. But looks like around an inch and a half on my cars. Beautiful morning.

Genuinely funny to me - I have right at 2" - or, just 1" less than 10 hours of snow on Monday. It's really pretty up here this AM. Have a safe drive.

Measured 1.0” on the dot at 8:00 am and nearby reports are 1.0-1.5”, still go with my measurement.

That was the low end of my expectations and I’m fine with that!

Its pretty cool(and rare) when all of MD and DE- and most of VA- are snow covered at the same time for the better part of a week.

DCA reported 1 inch at 1am observation but this morning the 6am observation was reported to be .7. Looks like they changed it.

I'm feelin pretty blessed down here this year. 5.25" total and some ice isn't impressive at all but the way it happened was deep winter appeal. Feels quite lucky to be sharing full snowcover with my long time MA digital friends lol. Told myself to get used to being on the outside looking in when I moved. This winter is already a big win in some ways

Especially considering this winter was, on paper, supposed to be a ratter. I know you were skeptical, and that was a good call on your part. I initially thought ratter, but when I checked the analogs and adjusted for recent climate, I was like “hmm, maybe not as bad as we think it’s going to be.” It’s in the thread title of my outlook
