It will over perform.

I’m doing what Oprah said and speaking it into existence.

There have been no disappointments in the other regional boards so far. Even the despondent Midwest folks who have been hosed so far this winter are slightly happy!

Here in SEMO we're on course for at least 6" IMBY. Maybe 7 as it keeps trucking as I post this.

Good luck, we're all counting on you

Done. I'll go with nws 4-6" then. Tuff decision lol

I actually have mixed emotions about maximizing. I gotta run to central OH with my truck and trailer early Sunday. Straight thru WV too. Towing on winter roads is mentally tiring...

Oprah is making this work for us.

Your average around 12"?

Roanoke is 15" and Greensboro 7"

We're closer to rnk and lynchburg climo. 15" in the recent past but it's been a bad stretch all around down here for too many years lol. My elevation is like 920 and plenty of areas above 1k around. My expectations are low. A good storm now and then keeps the spirit alive haha

Yea, 4-6" but it seems too bullish. I don't think there will be any 6" reports down here but hope I'm wrong of course.  Been thinkin 2-4 the whole way.

Short range models have been reducing totals for our area most of today, unfortunately. Still hope I can get 3 inches out of it.

Well, if you lived in the Blacksburg /Roanoke Lynchburg corridor you'd sing a slightly different tune. Yes, the EC has been 'low on snow' the last three or so years, they've been EXCEPTIONALLY low. LYN 0.5 22/23 and 2.7 23/24. ROA 0.4 22/23 and 4.1 23/24, BKB 1.3 22/23 and 3.5 23/24.

FCX radar looks sweet right now. Yellows incoming. Looks better than anywhere in NC. Possibly good band of lift on the nrn edge.

This is a pretty straightforward, general 1-2 deal for our region. Some places probably get less than 1 and some a bit more than 2. Southern MD/Lower Eastern shore/S DE best chance of approaching 3.

Bob Chill is getting pummeled. 5-6". I'm never hyperbolic. B)
