Is it that high??? N Attleboro average was always low 40's, TAN a bit lower.  I guess 20 years can bump it lol

Yeah I think it was around 40 before the late 2000s/2010s run but is prob a bit higher now. Last few years are trying to push it back down, but it takes a while. Even 2021-22 was AN in SE MA while back here in the interior was slightly BN.

Yeah I’d put Kevin around 60-62”.  When I really studied Union CT climo back in the day, I had them pegged around 64-65” and Kevin is prob like 3-4” less than them. The spine of the hills from Union into Tolland is prob the best spot in CT for snow east of Litchfield county. The only competition might be that border area a bit north of @Ginx snewx near 700-800 feet….they do sneaky good too.

Yeah. It’s pretty close imho. I think for much of the 2000s/2010s this area averaged more but the longer term means are likely very close. His area prob averaged more in the 1980s/1990s. There seemed to be a higher frequency of elevation events during that period…and then of course a really huge run for eastern MA snow weenies in the 2000s/2010s…unfortunately we started taking that run for granted and didn’t expect such fast regression the last 2-3 years.

65 give or take. Goes up quite a bit N&W. Some great weenie spots really close. North and west Granby,  East Hartland and Granville MA. All close to everything but seem a world away... and Especially Granville and Hartland 20 percent more snow easily

From all the data I collected prior to me moving here, and the last 12 years of living here...these are the averages for my area...granted there were a couple of years with missing data, but those were not small total years, so margin of error on the upside I would guess, but since we moved here, we only had 4 years that were about average, with 16-17 being the winner with just over 90". The first two winters were good too, over that average, and good pack if I recall in 13/14 and 14/15. Obviously the 20's are only half complete (and include the 11" this season) but not looking so good as far as averages go, we'd need to rock for a couple years to get there.

AVG. 89.27"
MAX- 177.46"- 1955/56
MIN- 27.15"- 2015/16
73.31" - Average 30's
89.10" -Average 40's
105.45" -Average 50's
118.45" -Average 60's
106.40" -Average 70's
83.14" -Average 80's
78.45" -Average 90's
68.73" -Average 00's
72.00" -Average 10's
36.82" -Average 20's

Big gradient across the Simsbury / Granby and adjacent areas.  Northwest to Southeast gradient as you head from northeastern Litchfield county southeast across Simsbury into western edge of the Farmington Valley.
