Some folks think they can drive normally in light snow.  They slow down when it's puking but stay at 75 in rates like this event.

That's about how many I saw, most of them were down in a ditch waiting for help, I saw one guy standing outside his car facing the wrong was at the bottom of a ditch with his airbag deployed.

Out of all those I only saw 2 collisions, both looked relatively minor.  Like you, lots in the ditch or median.
